Fix the HP 2515 Printer Error C:-

Step 1: Restart the printer

  • Turn off your printer and wait for 60 seconds.
  • Now, restart the printer and print a test page.
  • Press and hold the Start copy black button and Start copy color button at the same time till it makes some noise.
  • This will start printing a test page.

Step 2: Clear jammed papers from the tray, base, front and inside of the printer

  • Turn off and unplug the device.
  • Remove any paper which is in the device input tray.
  • Look inside the tray to find any paper, clips, dust, hair or any object that might be hindering the printing process.
  • Remove any foreign objects by moving the pick mechanism inside the input tray.
  • Finally you removed all the papers which might be stuck in the output tray.

Step 3: Clear jammed paper from the base of the printer

  • Clear the tray, turn the device upside down to reveal the base of the printer.
  • The device has a cleanout door present at the base.
  • Now press the tabs on either side of the door to release it.
  • Open the cleanout door and remove any jammed paper which might be present on the inside.

Step 4: Clear jammed paper from the cartridges

  • Open the cartridge access door.
  • Look for any shreds of paper which might be disrupting the printing process.
  • Now, re-insert the cartridges and put it back in place.

Step 5: Free the cartridge carriage

  • Once you have made sure that there are no pieces of paper blocking the printing process, plug the printer again.
  • Now, open the cartridge door of the printer and wait for a while.
  • Remove the power cord of the printer from the power source.
